This website

r2cbiz.com is an information site. It has no forms and no accounts, and it does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. The fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare's security features can, in some cases, set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

When you email, call or text us

When you contact R2C LLC or one of our ventures, we receive what you send. That can include your name, phone number, email address, the contents of your messages, and details about your request, such as dates, times and pickup or drop-off locations.

We use this information to:

• answer your questions
• prepare quotes and make bookings
• provide the service you asked for and send you updates about it
• keep the records we need for accounting, taxes and resolving problems

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, phone and messaging providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Mobile information and text messages

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and request details for as long as we need them to answer you and provide the service. We keep some records longer when we need them for accounting, taxes or legal reasons. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it to do the work. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise that it never will be exposed.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on a request, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us.

Children

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
